For properties over £750,000 but less
than £2 million on a sole agency basis we charge just 0.5% if
you do the viewings or 0.75% if we do them. For properties
between £500,000 and £749,000 we charge 0.75% or 1% and
under £500,000 it is 1.00% or 1.5%.

On a multiple
agencies basis add 1.00% accordingly but please note that we do
not undertake viewings on this basis. Fees for properties valued at more
than £2 million are by negotiation. |
*Savings are based on sole agency
with you doing the viewings compared to other agencies who charge
2% (some charge 2.5 - 3.0%).
